A man is facing attempted murder charges after a woman was found stabbed in a Shively apartment complex. The victim was taken to UofL Hospital and is expected to survive. Police found Rocky McEntire at the scene and confirmed that he used a knife. McEnture told detectives that he had to hurt someone to escape and that he broke into the apartment through the window. The incident was linked to a recent incident involving a suspected arson.
