Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has launched a probe into Lululemon over the potential use of harmful chemicals in its clothing. The investigation, which concerns whether Lulululem’s athletic apparel contains PFAS, or perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkic substances, which don't break down easily. The company claims it stopped using these chemicals more than two years ago and has been reviewing its “restricted substances” list, testing protocols, and supply network practices to determine if its products comply with its stated safety standards.
