Former Detroit police sergeant, Benjamin Wagner, has been arrested in North Carolina in connection with a series of alleged kidnappings and sexual assaults dating back over two decades. Prosecutors allege Wagner kidnapped and sexually assaulted five young women in Detroit between 1999 and 2003. The assaults occurred within a few miles of his home and followed a similar pattern, including the use of a gun and forcing victims to another location.
