Whitney Leavitt is speaking out amid ongoing controversies surrounding her costar, Taylor Frankie Paul, who is being investigated for domestic assault by the Draper City Police Department. Speaking to Interview Magazine, she stated that the safety of children, particularly those of her ex-Dakota Mortensen, comes first. This comes after Mormon Wives halted filming amid news of an open domestic assault investigation regarding Paul and his ex-girlfriend, Dakota Mortensen. Mortensen was granted temporary custody of the pair's 2-year-old son, Ever. Other castmates, including Layla Taylor and Jessi Draper, have also publicly defended Paul. Paul was previously arrested for alleged domestic violence in 2023, but charges have already been dismissed.
