Kevin Miller, a lorry driver from King's Lynn, Norfolk, has been jailed for 13 months after he caused the death of NHS healthcare assistant Rebecca Ableman, 30, who was hit on the head by loose crane equipment while walking with her two-year-old daughter in Willingham, Cambridgeshire. Ableman suffered "catastrophic" brain injuries and died three weeks later. Miller had previously denied causing death by dangerous driving, but admitted causing death in February this year. He was also disqualified from driving for two years upon his release from the prison.
