Apple's Head Engineer for Home Devices, Brian Lynch, has left Apple for Oura, maker of fitness-tracking rings. No reason was given for Lynch's departure, but leaks indicate that several Apple product pipeline projects have been delayed due to Apple's inability to produce a satisfactory new version of Siri. Lynch will serve as the company's senior vice president for hardware engineering. Despite hints of changes, Apple's new line of smart home devices with screens are expected to be released by September, the earliest possible release date.
