The team had intended to pair him with Crosby after center Tyler Linderbaum was traded to the Raiders. However, when issues arose during Crosby's physical, Baltimore reneged on the deal and sent him back to Las Vegas. The Ravens also added another edge rusher, Trey Hendrickson, on a four-year, $112 million deal through free agency. Decosta dismissed any concerns about other teams wanting to make potential moves with the Ravens, adding that the failed deal had not deterred other teams.
