On March 17, voters in DeKalb County will participate in the General Primary Election. The primary elections determine which candidates will appear on the ballot in the November General Election. In Illinois, voters must choose one party ballot when voting in a primary election, but not necessarily register with that party. If you are not currently registered to vote, you can still participate through grace-period registration.
