'At least 10 structures' damaged in Miami County during tornado-warned storm

At least 10 structures were damaged in Miami County during tornado-warned storms Sunday night, according to the Miami County Sheriff's Office. The sheriff's office reported that the damage was mostly in the northwest part of the county, most of it along 247th Street between Indianapolis and Pleasant Valley Road. Miami County Undersheriff Matt Kelly stated that at least ten structures sustained damage. The area is now under a TORNADO WATCH and a DAMAGING WIND ALERT for the remaining hours of the day. At least seven utility poles are down along the roadway, making the area difficult to access. One family reported their barn collapsed and their barn blew away.
