OPEC+ announces 188,000 barrels-per-day output increase in first meeting without UAE

OPEC+ has announced an increase in oil output by 188,000 barrels per day in its first meeting since the departure of its key member, the United Arab Emirates. The OPEC+ members include Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman. This increase is slightly less than the 206,000 bpd increase in May's output. The decision was made after a thorough review of the UAE's production policy and capacity.
