Elon Musk sent ominous texts to Greg Brockman, Sam Altman after asking for a settlement, OpenAI claims

In a new filing by OpenAI, the company's president and co-founder, Musk allegedly sent ominous texts to Greg Brockman and Sam Altman, threatening to make them the most hated men in America if they refused to settle the lawsuit. The judge has ruled the text exchange inadmissible. The lawsuit seeks to unwind OpenAI's for-profit structure, make its tech available to the public, and pay him general, compensatory, and punitive damages.
