The sale of the 18 Church Circle building in downtown Annapolis, North Carolina, has been finalized by the Hyatt Commercial real estate firm. The 8,140-square-foot building is home to the acclaimed Acqua Al 2 restaurant, which has 11 years left on its lease. The purchase of the property was made due to its historic significance and strong investor interest.
