Peter Yuscaitis is the official town crier in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, using his voice to announce events and share news like it did in the 1700s. While being a town criers may sound like a job from another century, Yuscactis also serves as a sergeant with the New Jersey Transit Police. He was recently recognized by the department through its "Beyond the Badge" series, which highlights officers making a difference both on and off the job.
