Alix Earle, a 25-year-old entrepreneur, is launching her own skincare brand, Reale Actives. Her father, Thomas "T.J." Earle is her mentor and advisor, while still running the family-owned construction company, the Eagled. They have been in continuous operation for over 58 years and employ over 600 people. T.J. advised Earle on building relationships with a team and establishing a positive company culture. Additionally, Earle has been involved in the hiring process for every single person on her team, which consists of five full-time employees and four consultants.
