Massachusetts Resident Charged In Unregistered Home Improvement Case In Tolland: Warrant

A warrant has been served to Massachusetts man, Yosef Abergel, for allegedly posing as a legitimate contractor in order to make home improvements without a home improvement certification. The warrant was filed by a Tolland resident regarding a $2,424 deposit given to Abergal for a garage door replacement. Aegregationale.
