French national, Alexandre Rocha, has lost his parental rights to his 11-year-old autistic son, Xavier, after speaking out against his sex change. The case, which has attracted support from billionaire Elon Musk, accused the courts of prioritizing progressive ideology over a parent’s right to protect their child. He lost custody to the child's mother in December due to questioning the long-term impacts of puberty blockers and hormone therapies. Despite his child being diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder just eight months ago, Rochra said the court and medical professionals "slightly passed over" the diagnosis during the trial. He fears that his son may be receiving treatment without his knowledge and that his mother is pushing a stronger ideology.
