The jury has begun deliberations in the murder trial of Tuscaloosa Hookah Bar Murder Trial of Hill, which began with six witnesses and extensive video evidence. The defense claims Hill was more of a victim of unfortunate circumstances than a cold-blooded killer. The medical examiner with the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences, Priscilla Rogers, testified that the autopsy on Little, who died of a gunshot wound to the heart, left lung, and ribs, indicated that the fatal shot that killed him hit him in the heart and left lung. The most insightful testimony was from Northport Police officer Serena Green, who was the first VCU investigator on the scene at CRU Lounge following the shooting and assumed the lead investigator role on the case. Green also took photos of Hill's injuries, which were later used as evidence of a head injury. Another video showed Hill's alleged involvement in the shooting also depicted him leaving the bar shortly after the shooting. The prosecution's defense argues that the evidence presented does not adequately support their case.
