Wes Anderson is set to receive the Italy's Fellini Award, which recognises directors who embody the artistic spirit of Federico Fellini. The award will be presented at the Teatro Galli theatre in Rimini, where Anderson will meet with Cineteca di Bologna chief Gianluca Farinelli. The recognition is supported by the municipality of Fellini's hometown of Rimini and the country's prestigious Cinetec diBologna. On April 20, Rimini's Cinema Fulgor will host a special screening of Anderson's "Moonrise Kindgom."
