The Chaffee County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) has arrested 37-year-old Sanford Gardner for another DUI charge following a "slow speed pursuit" through Poncha Springs. At the time of the arrest, Gardner was out on bond for multiple offenses, including resisting arrest and DUI. He is also scheduled to appear in court for another incident in November where he attempted to run away from deputies but was apprehended after reportedly resisting arrest.
