Fargo man, Levi Larteh, is accused of fatally shooting Nadine Khoury in 2025 in Fargo, North Dakota, and faces charges of intentional murder and reckless endangerment with a firearm. The state's case includes security camera footage showing Larthe concealing a gun in his pants and entering the stairwell of the apartment complex where Khourry was found shot. Investigators also found rap lyrics on Larthee's phone suggesting he wanted to kill his victim. Public Defender Leah Jo Viste argued that the case against her client is circumstantial, noting that there is no video evidence of the shooting and that Larthey had no real possession of a weapon.
