DA Davidson analyst Gil Luria has upgraded AMD to Buy from Neutral and raised his price target to $375 from $220, marking a 70% increase in the target. Luria also raised his 2026 revenue estimate for AMD by $2 billion and his gross profit estimate by $1.5 billion, significantly above Wall Street consensus and AMD's own guidance. This move was influenced by Intel's Q1 2026 earnings report, which saw a surge in server CPU demand. Lurri's upgrade was a fundamental shift in the company's earnings model. AMD is set to report Q1 202026 results on May 5, with analysts predicting revenue of approximately $9.84 billion, suggesting roughly 32% year-over-year growth. The analyst also highlighted AMD's long-term guidance, including its 35% revenue CAGR target, as "much more achievable than it was just a few weeks ago".
