Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, has opened up about his relationship with therapy and its impact on his preparation for fatherhood. He spoke at a Movember event in Melbourne, Australia, which focuses on men's health and raising awareness about prostate and testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. The prince explained that before he and his wife welcomed their two children, Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4, he attended therapy and felt a "disconnection" in the early days of his pregnancy. He also reminded fathers that they are "not alone" as they navigate the realities of parenthood.
