Meet The Developers Behind Historic Gas Plant Redevelopment Proposals

The public will be able to meet with the four shortlisted developers for the redevelopment of 86 acres of land near the historic gas plant. The developers are listed as Ark Ellison Horus LLC, Blake Investment Partners, Foundation Vision Partners and Pinellas County Housing Authority. The land was previously slated for redevelopment by the Tampa Bay Rays, but they recently abandoned a $1.3 billion deal and are now considering building a new stadium in Tampa.
