Novartis to cut 220 jobs as it closes German site

Swedish pharmaceutical company, Novartis, plans to cut around 220 jobs in Germany as part of its closure of a production site in Wehr. The site, which manufactures tablets and capsules, is no longer competitive. The decision to cut jobs will be made public.
