Rick Pitino delivers senior night plea to ‘real’ St. John’s fans with MSG not yet sold out

St. John's basketball coach, Rick Pitino, has urged fans to come out for senior night, citing the lack of a sold-out capacity for the projected crowd. Currently, only over 13,000 tickets are available for the upcoming game. The Hall of Fame coach has previously stated that the seniors deserve a full house. Alongside senior players such as Zubid Ejiofor and Oziyah Sellers, Bryce Hopkins, Dillon Mitchell, and Handje Tamba, St. John’s has been well-received at the Garden, but weekday games have been difficult.
