Chase Meidroth 'locked in' atop White Sox' batting order

Chase Meidroth, the White Sox' second baseman, has been steadily improving his position at the top of the batting order in Milwaukee. He has gone 3-for-6 with two walks over the first two games and has been praised for his defensive play and performance. Manager Will Venable believes Meidro is seeing the best of him at the plate. Luis Robert Jr. had a successful debut with the Mets, scoring a walk-off three-run homer in his second game in Queens. Meanwhile, Andrew Vaughn, an Andrew Vaughn acquisition from the Brewers, has scored an RBI single in his first game against the team that drafted him.
