A tornado warning has been issued for Cleveland and Rutherford counties in North Carolina, along with Cherokee, Spartanburg and Union counties in South Carolina. The warning was set to expire at 9 a.m. Additionally, a tornado watch was issued in Chesterfield County until 2 p.
