Special Education Teacher Accused of Sexually Assaulting Student Had 'Multiple Victims': Police

Nadia M. Horn, a special education teacher in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is facing charges of sexual assault of a child by a school staff person and second degree sexual assault. The charges were filed after the EauClan School District alerted the police about a potential inappropriate relationship between a staff member and a student. The investigation is ongoing and could result in additional charges. Administrators reported Horn to police as soon as they learned about the allegations.
