The New York Mets defeated the St. Louis Cardinals 4-2. Bo Bichette and Kyle Leahy were key figures in the victory. The Mets had 10 hits but stranded 11 runners. Clay Holmes pitched five innings for the team, and Devin Williams saved the game with a 1-2-3 ninth. Alec Burleson had two hits and an RBI. The Cardinals' Nolan Gorman hit a solo home run.
