Great Balloon Glow changes to Candlestick Glow due to inclement weather potential

The L&N Federal Credit Union Great Balloon Glow has been changed to a Candlestick Glow due to inclement weather. The change was made from 8:30 to 9 p.m. The event will take place at the same time as the Great Balloon Race.
