The trial of a British teacher and his boyfriend, Jamie Varley, and John McGowan-Fazakerley, who are accused of sexually abusing and murdering a 13-month-old boy they were adopting. The judge, Justice Mark Turner, stated that circumstances made it impossible for the trial to continue. The reasons for the sudden discharge were not immediately disclosed.
