Football tailgating: Two fans receive first banning orders under new law

Two men have been convicted of breaking a new law at the Carabao Cup final, becoming the first to do so. The law came into effect before Manchester City's 2-0 win over Arsenal at Wembley. The first two men were given three-year bans and fined £471 each for unauthorised entry and possession of a Class A drug respectively. The new law has been seen as having a significant impact on crowd safety.
