Oscar Garcia-Cerrato, 35, is accused of leading multiple agencies on two car chases in Solano County, California, and rammed a patrol car during a carjacking incident. The Fairfield Police Department caught up to him on Highway 12 near Pennsylvania Avenue and called off the first chase when he drove on the wrong side of the road. Following a second chase, officers followed him into Napa County where he abandoned the car and attempted to run away. Garcia-cerrato was arrested on multiple charges and is currently on probation for attempted robbery.
