Nebula sparkles in new Hubble snapshot

A new image by the Hubble Space Telescope shows the Trifid Nebula, a star-forming region located around 5,000 light-years away. The image was taken to celebrate the 36th anniversary of the telescope's launch. The new image reveals the evolution of the nebula and its transformation over time. The camera has improved since its initial image taken in 1997, with a wider field of view and improved sensitivity.
