An American Airlines passenger allegedly kicked off a flight for playing a cell phone video on her loudspeaker. The woman, described as "drunk" by another traveler, swore at cabin crew before being led off the plane with cops. Despite claiming she only played the video for 30 seconds and claiming to have stopped after the second warning. The incident was captured on TikTok and shared by several other passengers. United has updated its contract of carriage to require all passengers to wear headphones while using their cell phone to listen to music or watch videos.
