Man missing after being dropped off at O'Hare airport, did not board flight to France, family says

Elijah Hoard, a 23-year-old man who went missing after visiting his father in Chicago, was dropped off at Chicago O'Hare International Airport on Friday as he was set to return home to France. However, his family alleges that he never boarded his flight and his bags were not registered. The last time he was seen was Friday evening as his flight was scheduled to take off for France. The family is asking anyone with information about the missing person to come forward.
