16-year-old charged after crashing stolen vehicle in Baltimore

A 16-year-old boy has been charged with aggravated assault on a stolen car in north Baltimore. The boy was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment and will be transferred to the Juvenile Justice Center once he is released. The incident occurred around 3:32 a.m.
