Mount Vernon, Bellingham, Anacortes, Friday Harbor, Port Townsend, Ocean Shores, La Push, Grays Harbor, Queets, Quillayute, Westport, and Neah Bay are all under a wind advisory for the risk of downed tree limbs and power outages.
