The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued flood warnings for at least three Wisconsin counties due to high water levels in the Black and Yellow rivers. The warnings are expected to affect portions of Trempealeau, La Crosse and Juneau counties, with the Juneau county warning extending to Friday afternoon. The NWS warned that the approaches on both ends of the County Road VV bridge over the Black River in Jackson County may begin to flood and the bridge gates may be closed. Motorists should not attempt to drive through flooded roads or around barricades.
