San Diego still hasn't fixed off-leash dogs at school fields

San Diego school fields have been plagued by off-leash dogs and their owners who don't clean up their mess. The city contracts with the Humane Society for animal services, but budget cuts ended last year. The signs at school fields still instruct people to report off-Leash dogs through the city's Get It Done app and website. However, only five out of 107 fields have the new stickers. This is not the first time the city has updated these signs, but it is hoped within the next couple of months.
