Trader Joes food recall expands after glass found in frozen products

A Trader Joe's frozen food recall is expanding to include items sold in Massachusetts, affecting millions of pounds of food. The recall was first announced in February by Ajinomoto Foods and could include pieces of glass anywhere from 1 to 3 centimeters long. The following day, the FDA issued a notice stating that the recall could affect other food products.
