International agency recommends working from home amid global energy crisis

The International Energy Agency (IE) has recommended that the U.S. is experiencing "the largest supply disruption in the history of the global oil market" due to the war with Iran. Fuel prices have risen by over 40% since the beginning of the war. The increase is attributed to the loss of access to oil-producing areas and traders reacting to the political situation. The IEA has recommended reducing demand and increasing supply to reduce pressure on consumers. It also recommended that working from home instead of the office and avoiding unnecessary travel. Several countries are also considering easing taxes on fuel to reduce costs.
