Reynoldsburg caregiver charged with Medicaid fraud in case tied to teen’s death

Alice Toole, a 60-year-old woman from Reynoldsburg, is accused of overbilling Medicaid by nearly $29,000. The charges stem from falsified timesheets, unauthorized visits, and overlapping services billed to multiple clients. Toole was indicted in March on charges of involuntary manslaughter, patient endangerment, and endangering children. She also faces charges related to the investigation.
