An 11-year-old boy is recovering in the hospital after being shot in northwest Atlanta. The incident occurred during an argument at an apartment building where several people were arguing. The witness, who did not wish to go on-camera, witnessed the shooting and said it started with a girl in the grey pulling out a gun and then the shooter using it. The boy was hit in the face. The altercation started with people who live at the apartment complex and have a history of conflict. Police have not yet confirmed if any arrests have been made.
