Starbreeze Entertainment is partnering with VICE Studios to create "film and TV adaptations" of the Payday video game franchise. The goal is to "own the heisting genre" and to expand the franchise beyond games. The companies will collaborate to create authentic adaptations of Payday's tone, characters, and high-stakes heist energy. Additionally, VICE Studios has been involved in the production of recent titles like Gangs of London and the upcoming Bad Apples.
