Cop grilled in Afroman defamation case hints he actually doesn’t know if rapper had sex with his wife

Sgt. Randy Walters, one of the cops involved in the controversial Ohio civil suit against rapper Afroman, seemed to admit he didn't know if rapper was lying about having sex with his wife. The testimony was part of a heated exchange between Walters and Afroman's lawyer, David Osborne Jr. who grilled Walters about the possible affair. The rapper was found not liable in the case the next day. Walters, who sued Afroman over a song he made satirizing and mocking the officers who raided his home, claimed the song's lyrics caused him and his family pain. The lawsuit against Afroman was part part of an attempt to smear their reputations and make outrageous claims against them.
