Plans for city's tallest skycraper with 70 storeys

Plans for a 70-storey tower have been unveiled, which would make it Liverpool's tallest building. The proposed skyscraper will include a 5-star hotel, 563 apartments, bars, restaurants, gymnasiums, and a rooftop terrace. Developers hope the tower will form the "centrepiece" of the £1bn Kings project.
