Four-year-old hurt in Caldwell hit-and-run

Caldwell Police have arrested 23-year-old man after a hit-and-run incident that left a child with minor injuries. The incident occurred in the 4800 block of Ida Red Ave. Police found the driver, who is currently facing charges of reckless driving, leaving the scene of the accident and obstructing an officer.
