Orlando International Airport (MCO) has announced a vision for enhancing customer service and addressing critical infrastructure needs. The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) is focusing on four pillars: Customer Experience, Community, Infrastructure, and People. The vision includes a new baggage handling system for Terminals A and B by 2030, installing a common-use self-service bag drop pilot program at all Terminal C ticketing counters by 2028, expanding Garages A and C, and upgrading rental car improvements. Additionally, by 2035, Orlando Executive Airport will activate 60% of the airport's vacant real estate assets. The plan also includes approving an on-airport Advanced Air Mobility vertiport for multiple commercial operators.
