A woman reported her children, ages 3 and 4, fearing an older man at the library would kidnap them and molest them. Police found the man, 55, near the library and concluded that it was likely a misunderstanding. The man was not a threat to any patrons and was asked to stay away from the library for the day. A vehicle was stopped for driving without taillights and an 18-year-old woman was arrested for OVI after failing sobriety tests. A 17-year old boy was seen at a high school event after being charged for trespassing and will face additional charges in juvenile court.
